- $600,000 floor with a $100,000 retention incentive Gynecologic Oncology Fargo, ND
Description
Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist to join our high-volume, well-established Women’s Health and Roger Maris Surgical Oncology programs in Fargo, North Dakota. This position offers exceptional collegial support, a collaborative multi-site Women’s Health network, and the ability to build a robust practice within a comprehensive,
team-based oncology program.
- Join a deeply supportive care team including 13 Ob/Gyns, genetic counselors, CNMs, psychologists, and nurse navigators guiding patients from diagnosis through survivorship.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards with experienced Surgical Oncology colleagues.
- Engage in clinical research through GOG, supported by a strong clinical trial portfolio within the Roger Maris Cancer Center.
- Access a well-established robotic surgery program with advanced technology and OR support.
- Opportunities for regional outreach to serve women across the upper Midwest.
Competitive compensation package includes:
- Annual compensation of $600,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
