Position Information:
WakeMed Physician Practices is a multi-specialty group with over 450 physicians in a variety of specialty areas. Our organization places a high value on quality, caring and compassionate physicians and we are committed to providing state-of-the-art health care to our patients and the community we serve.

We are currently seeking physicians interested in joining our team based at the Raleigh Campus.We are currently seeking physicians with an interest and training in OBGYN to join WakeMed Physician Practices and work within our 8 physician Raleigh hospital group. This position requires hospital and clinic coverage as an attending for residents and advanced practice providers, call schedule 1:8. Physician will be involved with education and training of OBGYN Residents as well as third and fourth year medical students. Great opportunity for physicians interested in providing clinical teaching and mentorship.

WakeMed Physician's are responsible for providing quality clinical care to our patients and teaching and supervision to residents, medical students and/or APP's assigned within their division. The Physician is responsible for appropriate coding and corporate compliance and may be responsible for some general administrative responsibilities of the practice. Physician reports to the Director of their assigned division and understands and supports the mission values, and management of WakeMed Physician Practices and WakeMed.
