The Avista New Life Center cares for pregnant women who are at twenty weeks gestation or greater, who may require medical care for a multitude of reasons during their pregnancy (antepartum), support for the delivery (labor/delivery), immediate postpartum period (post-partum) and care of the well-newborn. Our mission is to provide high quality, evidenced based maternity care to our patients, while maintaining a safe and patient satisfying experience. The New Life Center promotes an environment of collaboration, where respect and commitment are highly valued. In addition to delivering nearly 200 babies per month, the New Life Center treats approximately 200-225 patients a month who are requesting emergent medical attention related to their pregnancy and evaluates approximately 25 patients per month for routine outpatient procedures. Our licensed independent practitioners include Certified Nurse Midwives, Obstetrician/Gynecologists, and Family Practice providers. Our mission is to provide high quality, evidenced-based maternity care to our patients while maintaining a safe and family-centered environment. The New Life Center promotes an environment of collaboration; where respect, teamwork, and commitment are highly valued.
