Nurse Extern Women's Services PRN Nights Position Summary Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, performs clinical duties that provide patient care to meet the needs of post-acute surgical female patients during the post-surgical period. These duties required critical thinking skills and include obtaining and documenting vital signs, monitoring intake and output, assisting with ambulation and position change, and reporting of abnormal findings to the RN. Duties are performed as directed within approved standards of care and require attention to detail and observation of infection control standards and patient safety standards.
