TeamHealth is seeking a full-time certified nurse midwife to join our team at Antelope Valley Hospital. The facility is located north of L.A. with easy access to the coast or the mountains for outdoor adventure! As a certified nurse midwife, you will see patients in clinic, in the obstetric emergency department (OBED), manage and deliver low risk obstetric patients, assist on cesarean sections and help with post-partum rounds. This position features 12-hour, in-house night shifts and 24-hour, in-house weekend shifts with a TeamHealth OB/GYN hospitalist physician. Ideal candidates are AMCB certified with at least 1 year of active practice. Qualifications also include a current or in-process California license to practice.
