The Department of OB/GYN and Division of Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Colorado is recruiting for a faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor or above. The Gynecologic Oncology division at the University of Colorado is the largest group in the Rocky Mountain region with board certified gynecologic oncologists and minimally invasive surgeons. We are a nationally known and respected group with a diverse and broad expertise. Our group sees over 1000 new patients per year with unsurpassed surgical expertise and an impressive clinical trials portfolio. As part of the only NCCN/NCI Comprehensive Cancer center in the region, we offer outstanding research opportunities both in the basic science and clinical arena. We also offer the only fellowship training program in the region and are slated to expand the fellowship to include 4-5 total fellows.
Our practice is largely centered on the Anschutz Medical Campus, at the University of Colorado Hospital but we offer services in the growing Denver metropolitan area and the Rocky Mountain Region. This position would be focused on providing services to the greater Denver area and the Colorado region with some responsibilities on the Anschutz Medical Campus. Responsibilities include surgical/medical management of gynecologic malignancies, teaching of medical students/residents/fellows and outpatient care of women with cancer.

Candidates must be board certified in both Obstetrics/Gynecology as well as Gynecologic Oncology through the American Board of OB/GYN (ABOG) and must be able to obtain licensure in Colorado.
5 or more years of experience in Gynecologic Oncology
Successful applicants should be able to develop strong relationships with community physicians in the greater Colorado region.

The University of Colorado Gynecologic Oncology is made up of 8 full-time clinical faculty members dedicated to the treatment of cancerous and non-cancerous gynecological conditions. We have the largest board-certified gynecologic oncology team in Colorado, providing care across the state of Colorado. With access to an intensive care unit, cutting-edge equipment and facilities, as well as multiple teams of subspecialists in female health, we address even the most complex cases.
