The Department of Pharmacy Practice within Chapman University School of Pharmacy (CUSP) seeks applicants for a part-time teaching position. This position reports to the Department Chair of Pharmacy Practice. The course is a 2-Unit Introduction to Pharmacy Law and Ethics, which is held in the Fall. The class meets 2 hours per week.

This position reports to the Department Chair of Pharmacy Practice. The course is a 2-Unit Introduction to Pharmacy Law and Ethics, which is held in the Fall. The class meets 2 hours per week.
1. Preparing course lesson plans, coordinating class materials, holding office hours, and grading assignments submitted by the students.
2. The lecturer must be available to attending instructor meetings periodically held throughout the semester as well as a half day orientation at the beginning of the semester.
3. The lecturer is responsible for replying to all college surveys, submit requested information, and maintain open and ongoing communication with Chapman University faculty, staff and students through assigned Chapman email through out the duration of employment at Chapman University.
Doctor of Pharmacy or another pharmacist degree is required. A J.D. degree or equivalent is highly desirable. Previous teaching experience is preferred.
