The OSU College of Pharmacy Medication Management Program (MMP) focuses on delivering innovative medication therapy management services telephonically to patients with a variety of chronic diseases. The Patient Support Technician is responsible for providing a variety of patient care activities as supervised and directed by the MMP pharmacists. Patient Support Technician should function to the highest of their ability to perform the various tasks at hand.

High school graduate or equivalent (GED certification); understanding of pharmaceutical terminology (brand, generic, dose, route, etc.); experience with Microsoft Office software applications, world-wide web, and email; successful completions of a background check and fingerprint clearance.
Successful completion of a pharmacy technician training program (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT); strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; Multilingual.
Target Salary: $17.31 - $19.23 Hourly
