The PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration (HSPA) residency program at UC San Diego is designed to provide residents with extensive experience in all aspects of management and leadership, while giving insight into key issues confronting the practice of pharmacy in an integrated health-system. Training is provided in various aspects of pharmacy management to develop the resident’s knowledge and skills to become a healthcare leader.
