The mission of University of Washington Medicine is to improve the health of the public by advancing medical knowledge, providing outstanding primary and specialty care to the people of the region, and preparing tomorrow’s physicians, scientists and other health professionals. UW Medicine owns or operates the following: Harborview Medical Center, Northwest Hospital & Medical Center, Valley Medical Center, UW Medical Center, a network of UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinics that provide primary care, UW Physicians, UW School of Medicine, Airlift Northwest, and other owned, operated, or affiliated entities as appropriate. In addition, UW Medicine shares in the ownership and governance of Children’s University Medical Group and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. The Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) Oncology Pharmacist team provides extensive pharmaceutical care to inpatient and ambulatory patients. In addition to direct care, pharmacists participate in drug therapy consults, conduct clinical research protocols, provide patient/family/staff education, and precept pharmacy students and residents. SCCA combines the adult and pediatric oncology patient care services of three world-renowned cancer care institutions Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle Children's, and UW Medicine. SCCA has an outstanding opportunity for a PHARMACIST 3 - BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT. The Pharmacist 3 will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) at SCCA and University of Washington Medical Center. Pharmacist 3 duties include:
