The Fairview Pharmacy Residency in an Ambulatory Setting is located throughout Fairview Health Services practice sites. This residency is designed to provide valuable experience in pharmacy services across different ambulatory care pharmacy settings.
This residency highlights the expanding opportunities for a pharmacist in ambulatory care, combining clinical skills in a setting where patient care and interaction are the gold standard of practice. Residents will further develop their interprofessional skills through continued collaboration with the healthcare team. Residents will become experienced in interacting with patients and helping them learn the skills to manage their own health.
Residents will have the unique opportunity to tailor their rotations to fulfill individual interests and clinical knowledge development needs.
