The TVHS ambulatory care pharmacy residency is a second year specialty residency designed to develop a clinical specialist with training in a variety of pharmacist-managed and multidisciplinary clinic settings within the TVHS facility. Residents will acquire advanced pharmacotherapy skills in primary care and a variety of specialty practice areas with core clinic experiences including Primary Care Pharmacotherapy Clinic (PACT), anticoagulation, outpatient chronic pain management, emergency medicine, outpatient cardiology/heart failure clinic, and outpatient mental health in addition to a host of elective outpatient experiences from which to choose.
