Pharmacists completing the Residency in Pharmacy Practice at CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center and Clinics should be able to function as an integral member of the health care team; provide pharmaceutical care to achieve optimal drug therapy outcomes in multiple environments; demonstrate skill in educating patients and other health care professionals on drug-related topics; be equipped to meet the challenges of current and future pharmacy practice through self-development and self-evaluation; exhibit a commitment to the pharmacy profession; and improve the safe use of medications for our patients.
