This ASHP-accredited PGY-1 program provides a comprehensive residency that will provide a structured educational experience in the provision of pharmaceutical care, while allowing flexibility in design to meet the needs of the candidate.

Infectious Disease or Antimicrobial Stewardship
Decentralized Pharmacy Services
Elective one month learning experiences:
Adult Internal Medicine II
Cardiology / HVICU
Required Longitudinal learning experiences:
Practice Management (MUE/projects)
Teaching Certificate (University of Toledo College of Pharmacy)
This residency has opportunities for four residents. Interested candidates should be:
Highly motivated Pharm.D. graduates
Licensed or eligible for pharmacist licensure in the state of Ohio
