Applicants must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and be eligible for licensure in the State of Washington (will need to complete pharmacist licensure by September 30th of residency year).
Applicants should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
In addition, a CV, letter of intent, all pharmacy school transcripts, and three letters of reference are required by the application deadline.
