The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) – the Voice of the Community Pharmacist is seeking an iMIS/cash receipts coordinator that will report directly to the senior director of operations/controller. This is a key position in the Finance/Operations team as it is the organization’s primary conduit to the iMIS association management system. We are looking for an individual who is experienced in using iMIS/RiSE and comfortable in helping NCPA maximize its use to better engage our members.

iMIS/cash receipts coordinator has dual roles: working closely with the database administrator in maintaining the iMIS system and responsibility for ensuring entry of all forms of cash receipts into the iMIS system: mail, fax, lockbox and web. Cash receipting duties include:
Contributions to Legal Defense Fund (LDF) and PAC
iMIS maintenance duties include:
2 year college degree with courses in accounting or comparable experience
Good understanding of current iMIS/RiSE
Knowledge of Crystal Reports/IQA Reporting
Experience with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
Familiarity with SQL a plus
Show initiative – be a self-starter with ability to meet deadlines and follow up on pending issues
Possess strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills
Someone willing to learn and take on new challenges
Ability to work independently and as part of a team using effective interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, ethical
