Our pharmacy residency programs have a strong commitment to the education and professional development of pharmacists. All of our programs are fully accredited (or seeking accreditation) by ASHP.
Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH) is located in Roanoke, Virginia. With 763 beds and a Level I Trauma center, we serve as the region's referral center for specialty and subspecialty care. As a teaching and major referral facility for the region, CRMH provides numerous opportunities for pharmacists to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers on complex pharmaceutical care issues and develop professionally.
Enrolled in, or graduate of, an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program
For PGY2 Programs - completed (or currently completing) an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
Eligible for Virginia licensure
Letter of intent, CV, three references submitted through PhORCAS (clinical preceptors preferred, letter from PGY1 RPD preferred), official transcript
