The PGY2 resident is a member of the infectious diseases pharmacy team for a large, integrated health system. Program emphasis is on antimicrobial stewardship activities. The resident gains experience in all aspects of infectious diseases pharmacotherapy and interdisciplinary care. Learning experiences include infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship, general infectious diseases and consult services, clinical microbiology, emergency department, transplant, critical care, research, teaching, professional development, and more.
