Qualifications REQUIRED -Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist active California license. -Minimum 5 years of clinical information systems experience. -Expert skills in data analysis, synthesis, and reporting methods. -Knowledge of pharmacy related clinical applications operations, systems, and functions, including planning, design, development, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, quality assurance, and system testing and valuation. -Experience assisting with directing project successfully from inception to completion on task and on schedule. -Highly skilled written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities The Epic Pharmacy Application Specialist (Clinical Applications Professional 5)assists with leading projects of critical importance to the organization; these projects carry substantial consequences of success or failure. The Epic Pharmacy Application Specialist assists with defining standards/objectives and assists with leading configuration, build, installation and support of Epic pharmacy applications including Willow Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory and Beacon. Partners with subject matter experts and other Epic application leadership to ensure build consistency and a successful end-to-end patient centric workflow. Works closely with Pharmacy management and IT leadership on the build and configuration of pharmaceutical products to support safe ordering. Monitors all issues that arise for the application area and escalate unresolved issues and barriers to prevent gaps in timing and quality. Act as the primary expert and support contact for the Willow/Beacon applications and integration with ADS systems.
