This will be a full-time, non-tenure track, calendar-year position. Candidates with teaching experience in the medicinal chemistry of therapeutic agents are of particular interest. Candidates should have a doctoral degree in chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline. The successful candidate will teach courses in the professional (Doctor of Pharmacy) program, in the Ph.D. and Masters programs, and potentially in the new Pharmacology and Drug Development major within the undergraduate program. This teaching will include a strong element of individual and group work with students. Therefore, the position will require excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
