Full-time outpatient social work position to provide a range of clinical social work services to the General Pulmonary Program (20 hours) and the Cystic Fibrosis Program (20 hours).
This Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:
Psychosocial screening and assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention.
Facilitating of use of hospital and community services, resource information and referral, study support.
Psychosocial consultation to a strong multidisciplinary team.
To qualify, you must have:
Master's degree in Social Work, LCSW or LICSW required.
Experience in medical environment, bereavement, child protection issues highly preferred.
Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
