Exciting, new social work position available at Martha Eliot Health Center, one of Boston Children's Hospital's community health centers. This is a clinical coordinator position that includes both direct service and administrative oversight to a team of masters prepared clinicians in conjunction with the Social Work Manager.
This Clinical Social Worker - Martha Eliot Health Center will be responsible for:
Supporting and developing social work programming at MEHC.
Planning and provision of advanced clinical services, supervision of clinical social work staff, monitoring and evaluating services/programs through QI and/or UR processes.
Taking initiative in identifying service gaps and leading improvement efforts; developing and implementing systems, treatment methods and program changes as needed; teaching, training and consultation to multidisciplinary staff.
To qualify, you must have:
Master's degree in Social Work. LICSW Licensure in the state of MA.
A minimum of 2 years applicable social work experience.
Expert clinical social work practice, initiative and creativity in the conceptualization and development of new role; advanced ability to take major responsibility on a team demonstrating leadership and expert ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary colleagues.
Fluency in Spanish and community social work experience highly preferred.
