This Temporary Clinical Social Worker Waltham will be responsible for:
Providing a range of general outpatient clinical social work services to children and their families.
Psychosocial screening and assessments, short-term focused counseling, crisis intervention, resource information and referral.
Facilitation of use of hospital and community services, psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary team and discharge planning.
To qualify, you must have:
Master's degree in Social Work, and an LICSW in the state of MA.
Flexibility and the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions, and well developed writing skills.
* This is a 34 hour/week temp position based in Waltham. Dates needed: June 2019- August 2019 *
