Pharmacists completing the PGY2 Pain Management & Palliative Care Residency at Summa Health System will be prepared to accept positions as essential members of interdisciplinary teams focusing on providing patient-centered care and highly individualized symptom management across various settings within the continuum of care and to serve as clinical faculty for a college of pharmacy.
Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy
Satisfactory completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
Eligibility for Ohio Licensure
Eligibility for employment at Summa Health System (including background check, drug and nicotine screening)
