The Infectious Disease Residency Program (PGY2) is a twelve-month program located at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We recruit for 2 residency positions. This program prepares the residents to become a professional infectious diseases pharmacist through a broad range of learning experiences in advanced areas of infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship.

We provide care for a wide range of specialties including, medicine, critical care, transplant-both solid organ and stem cell, and pediatrics. This program will provide development in clinical and problem solving skills as well as communication, leadership, and teaching in infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship.
