The Loma Linda University PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Program is fully accredited by the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP).
The PGY2 Pediatrics resident will develop the knowledge, attitude, and skills necessary to become an advanced pharmaceutical care practitioner in the area of pediatrics.
Through its affiliation with the Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy, the PGY2 Pediatrics resident will also develop the knowledge, attitude, and skills necessary to become an effective pharmacy educator, with opportunities to teach in various settings.
The Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital has over 250 beds for pediatric and neonatal patients. The PGY2 Pediatrics program offers the opportunity to experience a variety of pediatric settings.
All LLU Residents and Fellows participate in community outreach in conjunction with the student professional organizations at the LLU School of Pharmacy.
Loma Linda University (LLU) is a Seventh-day Adventist educational health sciences institution with more than 4,000 students located in Southern California. Eight schools compromise the University organization, with more than 55 programs offered including Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing, Public Health, and Religion.
The Pharmacy Residency programs at Loma Linda University are under a joint collaboration between Loma Linda University Medical Center and Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy.
