The pharmacy residency program will prepare graduates to be independent pharmacy practitioners adaptable to various health-system settings, including but not limited to clinical specialist and integrated pharmacist roles. The program design is rooted in developing sustainable processes for advancement of medication safety and collaborative practice while fostering a deeply resident-centered learning environment. Residents will have the opportunity to shape the institution’s storied legacy of healing within the Texarkana community and surrounding areas along with their own pharmacy careers.

1. Graduation from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy
2. Eligible for Texas pharmacist license
3. In PhORCAS complete the application and submit the following
Letter of intent
Pharmacy school transcript
Three letters of recommendation
On-site interview required.
