The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics is a nationally ranked hospital in both adult and pediatric specialties and was recently named by Forbes and one of America's Best Large Employers. One half-time position is available working in the Care Coordination Division. This position will provide social work services including assessment, intervention, counseling and discharge planning to hemophilia patients and their families. Additionally, this position works with an interdisciplinary team to participate in the coordination of care and developing approaches to treatment.
