The University of Chicago's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is searching for a full-time faculty member at any rank. The successful applicant will provide comprehensive care for patients with gynecologic cancers including outpatient assessment, inpatient care, and major operative procedures. This will include offsite locations. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students. Academic rank and compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications. Opportunities for a leadership role in the gynecologic oncology fellowship program may be available.Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, 3) be Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and 4) have completed a certified fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology.
