The Department of OB/GYN at Carilion Clinic is seeking a fourth Gynecologic Oncologist to join the faculty of our fully-developed and well-established division. This position will provide a full spectrum of gynecological oncology care and teaching to the residents of our fully accredited OB/GYN residency program. Participation in medical student education and involvement with clinical trials is also expected. Successful candidates will be recognized clinicians in gynecologic oncology, minimally invasive surgery, experienced with clinical trials and research, and have demonstrated academic and administrative leadership skills. Candidates must possess a commitment to medical education and clinical research. Opportunities for collaboration with researchers at Virginia Tech Research Institute exist as well. Practice with cutting edge technology in our state-of-the-art, 703-bed flagship teaching/tertiary referral hospital with an ACS-accredited comprehensive cancer program and ACR-accredited radiation oncology.

MD or DO Degree from Accredited Medical School
ABMS/AOA - Board-Certified Gynecologic Oncologist
Fellowship training and experience in Gynecologic Oncology
Unencumbered Virginia medical license and DEA
Strong leadership and communication skills
