The University of Chicago's Department of Radiation Oncology seeks a part-time (60%) Clinical Associate to provide clinical Radiation Oncology services in an offsite setting. Responsibilities will include clinical care and leadership of a practice comprising one or two Radiation Oncologists plus nursing, physics, dosimetry and therapy staff. Prior to the start of employment, an individual must possess the following qualifications: 1) a medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent), 2) be board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and 3) hold or be eligible for permanent Illinois medical licensure. Preferred qualifications include: experience independently managing a Radiation Oncology center, experience as an attending Radiation Oncologist in an academic institution, and experience participating in clinical trials. Compensation will be dependent on qualifications and prior experience.
