Responsible to the Specialist Case Manager for providing services for a population of patients with HIV/AIDS; counseling and educating patients and their family members, partners and caregivers regarding available programs and services and the methods and processes used to access these services; working closely with the clinical therapist and with regional mental health organizations and advising physician staff regarding the mental health needs of the patient population; teaching and clinical research functions; performing various administrative functions; and performing other related duties as assigned.
