CONCERN: EAP helps individuals, managers, and organizations improve employee well-being, productivity, and focus. We are seeking an experienced, highly collaborative individual to join our clinical team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for co-managing all aspects of an EAP onsite counseling program at a large local employer. The goal of the onsite program is to provide quality EA services with the objective of increasing job productivity and overall quality of life. The candidate will join a highly skilled team of EA professionals and provide clinical consultations to both the onsite counselors and the clients.
Recruit and onboard new onsite EAP counselors. Provide clinical supervision and consultation regarding urgent/complex cases; conduct case audits; and manage schedules of multiple onsite EAP counselors in several locations.
Monitor productivity and manage performance expectations.
Provide service coordination within the company Wellness Center that includes other vendor organizations. Monitor cross referral workflow for continuous process improvement. Manage waitlist for those seeking EA service onsite.
Complete data analysis and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct telephonic screening, consultation, crisis intervention, triage and referrals for clients.
Collaborate with a team of highly skilled EA clinicians.
Master’s degree in a mental health profession.
Minimum of 6 years’ clinical experience that includes demonstrable proficiency in general clinical assessment and referral, substance abuse assessment and coordination of care, and short-term problem resolution counseling.
Excellent clinical skills that include clinical supervision and consultation. Experience in guiding clinicians when handling urgent or complex cases.
Experience in program management including: program planning, service development, quality oversight, and process improvement.
Customer focused and results-oriented.
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
California license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D. or Psy.D
Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred.
